By placing an order at Oceanworks you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us. Oceanworks is a company owned and operated by Oceanworks. Hereafter Oceanworks encompasses the company Oceanworks. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Oceanworks as responsible for the personal information. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Any shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. Please note that local charges may occur. Oceanworks reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund please contact email@example.com to arrange. Wholesale orders are entitled to a return, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase and subject to review. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and upon approval of an exchange, send your item to: Oceanworks, Inc. , 11611 San Vicente Blvd, Suite 1020, Los Angeles CA 90049, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $60, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
